One Time Fix:-
Customers who choose a one-time fix from 12-hp.com are only eligible for a refund if the issues reported were not fixed. The validity of the one-time fix is only 48 hours. If the fix fails, the customer can report to 12-hp.com at 1-844-687-6686 or email us on email@example.com within 48 hours. We take responsibility for immediate remedy, if the issue can’t be resolved, a full refund will be processed and money will be credited in customer account within 7-10 Business days after accepting the Refund request.
12-hp.com offers a refund to all the customers who took a subscription and wants to terminate the service within 30 Days.

We assume that the customer has already viewed the product and services of choice and satisfied with the quality before effecting the actual purchase of our product or services.
Mention the reason for the refund, after such request analysis happen whether it is necessary for a return or refund. We will then send a reply to you. In case you are still not satisfied with our commitment and want an immediate return, in case of a defective product. We would accept the request and refund the customer money to the customer bank account or credit card whichever is applicable at the time of purchase. For the refunds after 30 days: Customers are advised to return the mail license and catalogs to us without any modification. The product must be returned with its original form to qualify for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure undamaged return. Every product you return must be undamaged.
